Abstract

This study discusses the Nature of International Relations and Diplomacy of Islamic Republic of Pakistan During two reigns of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto (from 1988-1990 and 1993-1996) respectively. It also elaborates the Post Government and pre-Death life of Benazir Bhutto. She was demonized by the civil-military oligarchy that has virtually run Pakistan since 1958, the year of Pakistan's first military coup. But she retained a hardcore of popular support, and her social democratic Pakistan People's Party is widely regarded as Pakistan's largest political party. In 1988, at the age of 35, Bhutto became the youngest prime minister in Pakistan's troubled history, and the first woman to lead a Muslim nation in the modern age. Moreover, this paper explains the relations with the United States of America and General Zia’s foreign policy despite having strong opposition due to his direct involvement in the hanging of her father. It will examine the policies regarding neighbouring countries like Afghanistan and India, in Addition to End War in Afghanistan. This study will enhance the raise of Women Status in South Asia Especially and women of the World Generally. This research also highlights the thinking of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto regarding the state of Pakistan in connection with the modern world.
